Disclosure

Last updated: May 12, 2026

Seoul Pages is a personal blog. To be upfront about how it works financially, here's the full disclosure.

Affiliate links

Some posts on Seoul Pages contain affiliate links. If you click one of these links and buy something, I may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you.

The networks and programs I currently use, or plan to use, include:

  • Amazon Associates — As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
  • YesStyle Affiliate Program — For Korean beauty and fashion products.
  • Stylevana Affiliate Program — For K-beauty product reviews.
  • iHerb Affiliate Program — For supplements and Korean grocery products.
  • Klook Partner Program — For Seoul tours, activities, and travel passes.
  • Other affiliate partners — Including but not limited to brand partnerships, agency programs, and product affiliate networks that match the topics I cover.

When a post contains affiliate links, I add a clear note at the top or near the relevant section. You'll always know when you're clicking an affiliate link.

What this doesn't change

Affiliate commissions don't influence what I write about. I only recommend products and services I've actually used, eaten, or visited — or that I've researched thoroughly enough to stand behind.

If I don't like something, I'll say so. If I haven't tried something myself, I'll tell you that too.

Display advertising

Seoul Pages may display advertising served by third-party networks, including but not limited to Google AdSense. These ads are not endorsements. I do not control which specific ads appear, and the presence of an ad on this site is not a recommendation of that product or company.

For more on how advertising cookies work and how to opt out, see the Privacy Policy.

Sponsored content

If a post on Seoul Pages is sponsored — meaning a brand paid for placement, sent free products, or otherwise compensated me — that will be disclosed clearly within the post itself. Look for phrases like "sponsored," "gifted," or "this post was paid for by [brand]."

I retain full editorial control over what I write, even on sponsored content. If a brand asks me to write something I don't believe, I decline.

Press samples and gifted products

From time to time, brands may send products for review. When I review a gifted product, I disclose it in the post. Receiving a product for free doesn't guarantee a positive review — if it's not good, I'll say so or simply choose not to write about it.

FTC compliance

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and similar consumer protection requirements in other jurisdictions. My goal is simple: you should always know how Seoul Pages makes money and whether any commercial relationship influences what you're reading.

Questions

If you have any questions about partnerships, affiliate relationships, or anything else in this disclosure, email me at koreawith.jung2026@gmail.com.
